By accessing or using Linkadi's website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service
Linkadi provides a digital identity and NFC business card platform. You can create and manage a digital profile, order NFC cards and related products, and share your profile via NFC tap or QR code.

2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to break any laws, infringe on others' rights, or interfere with the platform (for example by sending spam, attempting to hack accounts, or distributing malware).

4. Orders & Payments
Orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. Prices are generally in TZS unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed via our payment providers (e.g. mobile money). We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.

5. Intellectual Property
You own the content you upload, but grant us a license to use it as needed to provide the Service. Linkadi’s name, logo, and platform technology remain our property.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
